We know service can be expensive and we also recognize that your staff does not have time to sit on technical support calls waiting for assistance.  The new flat rate service fee makes it more affordable to resolve issues like sound quality, equipment malfunction, headset registration, vehicle detection, battery charger failure, and many other smaller nagging issues experienced each day.
